Need a Little Help?

Ebooks

My ebooks are delivered through BookFunnel. For help downloading your book or getting it onto your preferred reading device, use the help link on your BookFunnel download page.

Or you can visit their Reader Help page.

Audiobooks

My audiobooks are supplied as downloadable audio files. Use the download link provided with your purchase. If you have trouble downloading or playing your audiobook, contact me with the book title and the device or app you’re using.

Games, Printables & Writer Helps

These are digital products; no physical item will be shipped. Check the product description for included files and printing details. If your download is a ZIP file, unzip it before opening the contents. Some worksheets are designed for printing and writing by hand rather than filling in on screen.

Print Books

Print books are physical products. Please check the listing and checkout for available shipping options and costs. Contact me if you need help with your order.

Missing a Download or Order Email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact me with the email address used at checkout and your order number, if available. Please don’t send payment-card details.

Mugs & Stickers

Items purchased through my separate Printify swag shop have their own checkout, shipping, and order-support arrangements. Follow the support information provided with that order.
